What can I say about this recipe.....its rich, full of flavor and the best way to eat these it with a cup of chia tea! These bites are best eaten cold, so refrigerate them after making, instead of immediately consuming. They should be stored in the fridge in an airtight container.

This recipe can make enough brownie bites to last you up to a week. They make a great snack after a workout or after dinner. Warning!! These bites are rich enough that I don’t eat 3-4 of them like I would want to with regular chocolate cookies.
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups walnuts
Pinch of salt
1 cup pitted dates
1 drop Cinnamon Bark Essential Oil
1 tsp vanilla
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
Instructions
Add walnuts and salt to a blender or food processor. Mix until the walnuts are finely ground.
Add the dates, vanilla, Cinnamon Bark Essential Oil and cocoa powder to the blender.
Mix well until everything is combined. With the blender still running, add a couple drops of water at a time to make the mixture stick together.
Using a spatula, transfer the mixture into a bowl. Using your hands, form small round balls, rolling in your palm. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
