Homemade Hand Sanitizer

Now is the time to start thinking about back to school and supplies. One of those supplies is hand sanitizer. I think about using sanitizer mostly being back in touch with everyone: teachers and students.

But really what is troubling is that even though most of us are extra careful about using sanitizer or even washing our hands frequently, we still end up sick. The reason is that we are killing the good stuff that helps build our body systems.

So, I found another recipe that works well, and keeps the yucky stuff at bay. Here's another recipe that is super simple and easy to do.

Gel Homemade Hand Sanitizer

Ingredients 3 Tablespoons organic Aloe Vera Gel

1/4 teaspoon glycerin 1/4 teaspoon Vitamin E Oil 8-10 drops of Young Living Thieves Essential Oil or any other preferred Essential Oil

Directions

Mix all ingredients into a bowl and pour into a travel container.

There are two ways you can enjoy Young Living’s Essential Oils:

1. Sign up as a Retail Customer (it’s free!) to shop Young Living and pay retail prices.

2. Sign up as a Wholesale Member (which requires the purchase of a starter kit; prices and products included vary) and receive products at a 24% discount.

(Please sign up using my referral links here and I will receive a credit for your purchase at no additional charge to you. Thank you!)

I purchased the Premium Starter Kit from Young Living (one of the starter kit options you’ll see if you sign up as a Wholesale Member) because it’s a great way to buy the most popular everyday oils at a huge discount (and I like discounts).
