Warm baths are the way to go. Relax, Relax, Relax. Can't you just feel your tension moving away? I can....
Anyway, I love sharing this recipe with folks. There are so few ingredients to use and whipping up a batch is great. You can share them, or you can keep them all for yourself!

Ingredients
1 cup baking soda 1/2 cup citric acid 1/2 cup epsom salt
2 Tbls V-6 Oil 5-10 drops of Lavender Essential Oil
(or any EO that you love)
Directions
1. I first measure out the baking soda into my work bowl (I like using glass) and drop the essential oil and V-6 oil directly into it, and mix until combined, it’ll look like MoonSand
2. Whisked in the misture appears crumbly. It is ready when it holds when you press it together.
3. Press into molds (this can be bath molds or ice cube molds).
4. Let set for about 1 hour. 5. After setting, remove the mold and let air dry, then place in plastic bag to save for later use.
Store in an air tight container for up to 2 weeks.
