Yummy Fruit Salad

Summertime is here! I love to smell the fresh cut lawn, see the flowers bloom, and put my hands into the soil and grow stuff!! More than that, I love a good fruit salad!

Over the weekend, we had the most delicious strawberries. I made jam and this wonderful fruit salad. I used what I had on hand, strawberries, (of course), bananas, apples and frozen blueberries.

It was so light and refreshing! Super simple to make too. The the base of the salad is simple. And it will compliment most fruit. The special thing about this fruit salad is: It has Essential Oils! I use Stress Away Essential Oil Blend and it has Lime, Vanilla and Copiaba--all very supportive of your digestion.

Yummy Fruit Salad

Ingredients

1/4 cup lemon juice

Optional: 1/8 cup honey

6 cups of variety of fruit

Directions

1. Wash and cut fruit into bite size pieces.

2. Toss into large bowl.

3. Mix lemon juice and Stress Away EO in separate bowl (and honey if using).

4. Pour unto fruit and toss. 5. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours.

*A variation of this is to add other juices to the mix. I have used Young Living's Ningxia Red. It is a juice that has a ton of fruits and essential oils infused into the drink to provide all the antioxidants that you will need in a day.
